County Government of Laikipia, Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries through Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP) is seeking to recruit seven (7) Agripreneurs in each of the following 15 FSRP wards: Nanyuki, Sosian, Mukogodo East, Mukogodo West, Githiga, Umande, Thingithu, Igwamiti, Marmanet, Rumuruti, Olmoran, Salama, Ngobit, Tigithi, Segera.

Deadline for submission is 10st September, 2025.

Agripreneurs Selection Criteria;
1. Post secondary certificate in any Agriculture field
2. Residents of the ward applied for
3. Holder of Kenyan Id and not more than 35 years of age (Youth)
4. Digitally literate with a smart phone
5. Fluent communication in English, Kiswahili and local dialect
6. Experience in Agricultural development is an added advantage
7. Participations in the farmers profiling exercise previously is an added advantage
8. Must be committed for full time engagement

The Laikipia County Government in collaboration with Food System Resilience Project and the Directorate of Veterinary Services, invite qualified and licensed Veterinarians and Para-Veterinarians to apply for participating in the upcoming Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Peste des Petits Ruminants (PPR) vaccination campaign. This initiative will be implemented through the e-voucher system, ensuring efficient service delivery and transparent compensation.
